K-12 Summer Program: Skyscrapers (Grades 6-8)

Dates: Monday, July 22 – Friday, July 26, 2019

Structural advances in technology allow us to imagine new skyscrapers that are taller than ever before! In this program, we will explore the structures and systems that make such tall buildings possible through design challenges and a visit to a local skyscraper. Students will then be challenged to design and build their own model skyscrapers.

Our Summer Programs REFUND POLICY is as follows: cancellations received by April 30th will receive a refund of 50% of the total registration fee. Cancellations received on or after May 1st will receive no refund. There are no exceptions to this policy. The Center for Architecture will not provide make-ups or refunds for days missed as a result of vacation plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
