An Evening with “My Creative Space” Author & Architect Donald M. Rattner

Join award-winning architect, author and educator Donald M. Rattner, AIA, as he celebrates the release of his new book “My Creative Space: How to Design Your Home to Stimulate Ideas and Spark Innovation, 48 Science-based Techniques” with a presentation at transFORM’s NYC showroom and gallery.

“My Creative Space” examines how scientific research into the psychology of space has uncovered strong connections between specific design elements and improved creative task performance. Among the design components explored are lighting, sound, color, furnishings, materials, artwork, plantscaping, and programming.

During the event you’ll enjoy transFORM’s curated showroom vignettes and gallery space, currently featuring the work of Bangladeshi artist Bipasha Hayat. You’ll also see a transFORM project featured in the book firsthand!

Following the presentation, Rattner will sign copies of “My Creative Space,” which will be available for sale.
