As part of NYCxDESIGN, the Center for Architecture will host an Archtober preview featuring five days of building tours across the five boroughs, with a focus on cultural institutions. Join us on Tuesday, May 14 for a tour of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.

This tour will offer an in-depth look at the design, construction and history of the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed building. Ashley Mendelsohn, Assistant Curator of Architecture and Digital Initiatives, will focus on how the structure challenges curators, artists, and designers to reinvent the space anew for each exhibition.
