Join guest guide William Gati for this walk of Forest Hills Gardens in Queens. FHG is a private, gated, garden community right off the LIRR Forest Hills Sation, We’ll visit some of the neighborhood’s historic parks, churches, houses, schools, and shops. FHG was developed as a planned garden community by Russel Sage and exemplifies many of the best principals of town planning.  It is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in NYC and possibly the US. Tutor houses are preserved and have maintained their original splendor by virtue of a restrictive by-laws and strict regulations in the community. **All participants need to register no later than April 26 to obtain special permission from the FHG Corporation.**

Tours will run rain or shine. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start time. Registration is limited to 15; walk-ups are not guaranteed a spot on the tour.

This tour will be given by guest guide William Gati AIA, a member of AIA Queens. William is a licensed NYC tour guide, and is the founder and principal of Architecture Studio, an architectural firm that designs residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
